What is lifetime hosting?
Lifetime hosting is sold with a one-time hosting payment instead of a recurring hosting subscription. The service still depends on the provider continuing to operate it. Read the fair-use and lifetime terms before buying.
Does lifetime mean my lifetime?
Do not assume a personal lifetime or an unconditional guarantee of perpetual service. The precise service duration needs confirmation from the operator; ask support for written terms before relying on it.
Do I get business email?
Private email is included in the listed plans. Confirm mailbox limits with support before migrating an existing mail service.
Is WordPress supported?
The plans include cPanel and a one-click installer, and can be used for WordPress. Check the requirements of your chosen theme and plugins before installing.
What is NVMe?
NVMe is a storage access protocol designed for solid-state drives over PCI Express. Storage technology alone does not determine website speed.
What is LiteSpeed and LSCache?
LiteSpeed is the web server, and LSCache provides caching capabilities. WordPress caching needs appropriate configuration; private and checkout pages must be excluded.
Is SSL free?
Free SSL is included in all three listed hosting plans. A certificate must cover the domain actually used by your website.
Is bandwidth unlimited?
The plans list unlimited bandwidth. Unlimited is not a promise of unlimited CPU, RAM or permission for prohibited use. Read the fair-use page and ask support about your workload.
What payment methods are accepted?
Hosting checkout uses Razorpay in INR. UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets are available subject to the methods enabled by Razorpay for your transaction.
Do I get an invoice?
The order flow creates an invoice. Whether it qualifies as a GST tax invoice and how tax is presented must be confirmed with support.
What is the refund policy?
The current Terms state that no refund or cash back will be made. Read the refund policy before paying.
How do I contact support?

Is the domain included?
A domain is not included in the hosting price. Domain registration is a separate purchase.
