Fair Use & Lifetime Hosting Terms

The hosting plans are advertised with a one-time payment. “Lifetime” should not be assumed to mean your personal lifetime or an unconditional promise that the service will exist forever. Read the current Terms and obtain written clarification from the operator if a specific service duration is essential to your project.

What lifetime means

The precise contractual meaning of the life of the service or plan has not yet been supplied here by the operator. This page does not create a new duration guarantee. Ask support to confirm the intended duration before purchasing; the advertised billing description alone does not settle the question.

Unlimited resources and fair use

All three plans list unlimited bandwidth and Turbo lists unlimited NVMe storage. The existing Terms prohibit resource and cron-job abuse and allow suspension or termination for abuse. “Unlimited” does not remove the published 2 CPU core and 2 GB RAM allocation, and it does not permit prohibited uses.

Prohibited uses

The current Terms prohibit child sexual-abuse material, phishing, spam, mass mailing, email marketing, malicious botnets, hacking and exploitation scripts, trojans, viruses, malicious bots, PHP/CGI proxies, CGI-IRC, fake or disposable mailers, mail bombers and SMS bombers. Harassing content, illegal activity and resource abuse are also prohibited. See the full Terms for the complete wording.

Service continuity

A one-time purchase still depends on ongoing operation of the hosting service. Keep independent backups and retain control of your domain registration so you can plan a migration if circumstances change. This practical advice is not a promise of a refund or a replacement service.

Check a planned workload

Tell support what software, traffic pattern, files and email use you expect before ordering. Ask for the limits relevant to your project. Do not interpret an omitted numerical limit as an unlimited entitlement. Compare the published plan specifications.
