Hosting Terms of Service in India

By ordering or using our hosting, you agree to these terms and applicable law. Lifetime Hosting is operated by PremiumAV Private Limited.

Hosting and payment

Hosting is self-managed. Plans are purchased once in INR through Razorpay, with no auto-renewal or recurring hosting-plan charge. Domain registration is not included; separately purchased domains have separate renewal charges. Provisioning is manual after payment, without a guaranteed completion time. You can add your domain after ordering.

Lifetime and fair use

Lifetime means no renewal fee for the purchased hosting plan while the service is operated. A precise service duration is not guaranteed. Unlimited resources remain subject to fair use, the published CPU and RAM allocation and the fair-use terms.

Support

Support is available by email and ticket through our contact page. Emergency, phone and live-chat support are not provided. No response time is guaranteed. Website coding, maintenance and application troubleshooting are your responsibility.

Backups

We may keep backups, but you are responsible for your own independent website and email backups. No backup frequency or restoration guarantee is provided.

Acceptable use and security

Illegal content, child sexual-abuse material, phishing, spam, mass mailing, email marketing, malicious software, hacking or exploitation attempts, botnets, proxies, CGI-IRC, disposable mailers, mail or SMS bombers, harassing content and resource or cron-job abuse are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate services for prohibited activity or to protect other users and server stability. You are responsible for account security and all content and activity under your account. Notify support of unauthorized access.

Content and service limitations

You retain ownership of your content. Hosting does not transfer ownership of our software or third-party software to you. Services are supplied as available, without a guaranteed uptime or compatibility with every application. Any exclusions of warranty or liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds and payment disputes

Our policy is no refunds or cash back, subject to rights and remedies required by applicable law. No refund is offered for interruptions caused by a violation of these terms. Contact support about payment problems or unauthorized transactions; this does not limit any statutory right to raise a payment dispute. Fraudulent use of payment details may result in suspension or termination.
