The current Terms state: “No refund or cash back will be made.” They also state that completed deposits cannot be reversed. Read this policy and the full Terms before making a hosting payment. There is no published money-back guarantee on this page.

Payments and cancellation

The existing Terms require deposited balances to be used for services. They do not provide a refund for service interruptions caused by a User Agreement violation. The full Terms of Service contain the current payment, dispute and account-restriction clauses.
